I don't really expect it to change much, it's too far a reach for 3rd place. But maybe, just maybe, it will reverse the standings of Giuliani, and Ron Paul. Ron Paul doesn't have to participate if he doesn't want to; I totally understand him not wanting to look like a "Sore Loser[, ]man" the campaign was never do-or-die on NH, so it's a distraction at best. Anyway, the money will be raised, the candidates with standing have stepped up, the date has been selected, let the recount procceed! If the only outcome is that Ron Paul beats Rudy Giuliani by 1 vote after the recount, then I say it's money darn well spent. :) Later. With that they come up with an estimate of how much it will cost for the whole recount. It came to about $55,600 and they have raised about 52,000 so far. The chipin that is currently up is the remainder of what is needed today , the deadline of when the money is due.
