Pokémon Go Easter Event Eggstravaganza Comes With Changes
A few days ago we’ve told you that Niantic is preparing an Easter event for its Pokémon Go game. Well, we have some good news for you, as the event has already been released and the developer has decided to name it “Eggstravaganza.”
In this “egg-themed” event, the players will be able to receive a greater variety of Pokémon when hatching 2km eggs. To make things even better, they will also receive more Pokémon Candy for every Pokémon they hatch.
In other words, you will see many Pokémon players very active during the following days, as they will want to hatch as many eggs as possible. We also have to mention that that during this event, the players will also receive double experience points for every in-game action they take.
This means that if you will use “Lucky Eggs” during this event, you will earn four times the normal amount of experience points for a limited time. Niantic has also reduced the Lucky Eggs price in the game’s store to 50%, which means that the company is expecting the players to take full advantage of this reduction and event to get loads of experience.
The Pokémon Go Eggstravaganza event has started yesterday (April 13, 2017) at 4PM ET and it will end on April 20, 2017 at 4PM ET. We have to mention that this event is one of the many other limited-time events that Niantic has released for its Pokémon Go game since it launched the game back in July 2016.
With this type of events, the developer is trying to keep the gamers interested in the game, while also trying to lure some of the ones that have decided to leave Pokémon Go for some reason.
Sponsored locations such as Sprint or Starbucks will surely be quite full in the following days thanks to the Pokémon Go Eggstravaganza event.
