Would You Buy Diablo 4 Or Diablo Remake? Here Are Some Insights To Help You Decide
Everyone should know that Blizzard, the game developer behind the Diablo series, is working on a new version. In fact, it is currently looking for artists for a number of departments to create the most recent sequel.
As one of the core franchises of Blizzard, Diablo is among the things that the developers are working on. This has given fans of the game to think that there is an upcoming release date for Diablo 4.
Perhaps there is nothing yet to reveal as far as Blizzard is concerned because, as what the former designer of Diablo said, it wouldn’t be easy to pull that off. This includes the possible remake of Diablo II, as it would require a new coat of paint in which many of the original assets of the game are likely lost.
However, the current development at Blizzard could also lead to a new version of Diablo, which is the fourth installment. Regardless of the reason, fans of Diablo are looking to a new release probably in late 2018 or 2019.
Some fans might be disappointed in Diablo III, so they may no longer hope for a Diablo IV for that matter. Since a lot of them are looking forward to a darker, Gothic type Diablo, there will never be a fourth installment.
So, if you are going to decide which one you should buy, then perhaps it will depend on which one is available. But until that time, you can hardly decide which one can be more fun to play, considering the last installment was messed up as some fans would rather say it.
The developers at Blizzard are working on an unannounced project, which can be the next installment to the Diablo franchise. Initially, they were looking for artists that could help them design a whole new breed of minions or build something exceptional.
Diablo II Remake
For those who are looking to get the remastered version of Diablo II, there is a possibility. However, it would be difficult to make it look the same as the original version. Thus, they must be able to simulate the game just in 2D and not in 3D.
The hiring for artists could mean that they are pulling off a Diablo 2 do-over. This could be a tough job to do, but this is more doable than releasing a Diablo 4. Well, perhaps when BlizzCon 2018 comes, it could mean another story.
